About Me

Designer. Small Business Owner. Potter.

For years I worked for big box retail designing in-store experiences and marketing products others have sourced. Over time I was increasingly frustrated with the products being close to what I would want in my own home but not quite right. Either the color would be off or it was too busy of a pattern or the size wasn't right.

So I took up pottery to create functional items for my own home and
it also just so happen to keep me off the streets. From tableware to home decor, my work is created in my home studio using my wheel and hands. From my hands to yours with gratitude, thank you for finding me and supporting small makers like me.

Hand made items make us kin. Cheers to you!

About the Materials

The clay is commercial stoneware sourced from two local clay companies to Southern California. Each clay body chosen is based on the size and type of piece I am creating and the glaze being used. Not all glazes will work certain clays, it has taken years
to choose the clays and glazes I use.

I work hard to ensure I use sustainable materials when I can, all items are shipped in either recyclable or reusable materials. When working in my studio, I reclaim clay when pieces don't work out, water gets reused in my garden or with the reclaimed clay, and soon I will have solar panels to create the energy for my kiln.

Glaze + Care

Washing by hand is recommended, however I put mine in the dishwasher all the time without issue. Avoid harsh detergents if you can. All are microwavable. I only use food safe glazes on table and serving ware.

I inspect each piece before selling to ensure quality is as perfect as can be.
Pot bottoms are sanded smooth to protect your furniture.
